We can often save you the time and expense of costly surgical
procedures by utilizing our non-invasive techniques. However, chiropractic care
coverage varies from policy to policy and company to company. Whole Body Health
And Wellness and Dr. Norini are only in network with the following insurance companies:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO
- Aetna PPO
- Cigna PPO
- Multi Plan (look for this name on various company cards)
- Medicare
If you do not have insurance through one of these companies and you decide to receive
treatment through the clinic, we can and will submit treatment charges to your insurance
company. However, the benefits will be considered “out of network” and the benefits
will not the same as if there were “in network” with your insurance company. Any cost not covered by the insurance company, whether you are
in network or not, will be the responsibility of the patient. Co-Pays are due at
the beginning of each treatment if you are billing through insurance.
No exceptions can be made to this policy.
Balances must be paid at the end of each billing cycle. A billing cycle ends at
the end of each month, and statements will be sent to the patient’s residence on
the first of every month. Payment plans can be set up for those patients who cannot
make payment in full at the end of each billing cycle. Contact the office for more
information regarding insurance, billing, or payment plans.
If you do not have insurance at all, or have no chiropractic benefits on your plan,
a 25% discount can be applied to services paid for on the same day they are rendered.
If services have to be billed, no discount will be able to be applied. No exceptions
can be made to this policy. We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
