Craniosacral therapy

A gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system which is comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch (no more than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel), practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system, which has been shown to improve the functioning of the not just the central nervous system, but other system like the digestive tract, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more. CST has also been shown to help with the physical components related to such somatic conditions as Post Traumatic Stress, depression and anxiety.

webster technique

A specific chiropractic sacral analysis and diversified adjustment where the goal is to reduce the effects of sacral subluxation/SI joint dysfunction. In doing so, neuro-biomechanical function in the pelvis is facilitated. Generally this is a technique used on expectant mothers, but really, this is a safe and gentle technique that can be used on anyone who is upright and walking.

Body Memory unwinding

A form of hands-on healing, developed by Jonathan A. Tripodi in 1997, which is based on the common philosophy that the body suppresses stressful, painful and traumatic experiences not only in the mind, but also in the body. This guided, self-healing experience will help you activate the built in mechanism in your body to eliminate accumulated stress and trauma from your body. This method of first feeling, then releasing, and finally integrating these changes helps you move from a restricted state of “Freeze” to a freer state of “Flow.”
